India Space Week 2026
We would like to inform you that 'India Space Week' is to be celebrated from August 12 to 18 to mark the birth anniversary of the great space scientist Dr. Vikram Sarabhai, the founder of the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO).
In this regard, you are hereby informed that plans to celebrate Indian Space Week (Bharat Antriksh Saptah) is planned to be held for individuals, schools, and institutes.
Entry fees: INR 118 only per event entry
Age category per event: 3-5 Yrs, 6-8 Yrs, 9-11 Yrs, 12-14 Yrs, and 15-17 Yrs
* First, Second, and Third winners will be awarded with eCertificates, space sector career guidance, and free space course (recorded sessions) from our side.
* eCertificates will be provided to all the participants who have submitted their work.
* Videos featuring the students who secure the first, second, and third positions will be uploaded to our official linkedin/youtube/insta and website pages by second week of September, 2026.
A special workshop will be conducted – This is to inform you tha0t, to commemorate the birth anniversary of the great space scientist Dr. Vikram Sarabhai—founder of the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO)—online workshops on topics such as satellites, artificial intelligence, rocketry, advanced drone technology, robotics, and astronomy are being organized in between August 12 to August 18 (subject to teacher’s availability.

Contest details
1. Space Fashion Show/Space Costume Event – Under the aegis of 'India Space Week,' participants will showcase costumes and deliver speeches representing Indian space scientists and astronauts as well as known/unknown scientists and astronauts from various other countries. You will need to submit 5 mins video showcase your costume and speak about the personality. Please upload the recorded video and send it to us by by the evening of August 13, 2026.

2. Drawing & Painting contest - A drawing and painting competition will be organized on for individuals, schools, and various institutions. Topics of this contest should be related to Indian Space progress, latest on-going work, success of ISRO scientists and missions.

3. Water Rocketry (working model) – Students are encouraged to develop skillset and build their own water rockets, and they need to make a video of rocket building explanation followed by its successful launch. You can take help of youtube videos, or connect with us for further guidance.
